Spaces are priced according to size. Those booking must choose from standard time slots so every body may be accommodated equally.

All rooms at Diorama are self-service meaning spaces are used as they are found, if extra chairs / tables are needed they must be located in empty rooms and corridors by the group using them.
Set-up / get-out time must be incorporated into the time hired Because our rooms are used for a variety of different things, you may find a completely empty room or one filled with tables and chairs.

Important Rules Of Use:

- Water ONLY permitted into hire-spaces.
- Food & drinks may be consumed in D2 non-carpeted reception area.
- NO SMOKING anywhere on any Diorama premises.
Diorama reserves the right to cancel or move a booking if pre-payment/previous invoices have not been settled or rules are not adhered to.

The Media Studio at D3 is ideal for both media production/editing and the teaching of media production skills. The Studio ha 3 fully-equipped workstations, kitchen facilities and lounge area, plus men’s’ and ladies’ toilets.

The Workstations are connected by a high-speed CAT 5 E LAN network for easy transfer of media files, and are serviced by a 2mbps broadband connection. * Overhead projectors, Whiteboards, and Flipcharts are available on request. A Yamaha P-20 Keyboard is available for hire for an additional charge. * Prices: £125 for a session (10am-2pm, 2-6pm, or 6-10pm) £250 for a day (10am-6pm) * A £200 (returnable) deposit (check or cash only) is required against breakages.
